Façade cleaning and building washing

Dirt, algae and pollution staining make a building look neglected. We clean the whole elevation by rope access, without scaffold.

Surfaces we clean

  • Metal and composite cladding panels
  • Render and painted surfaces
  • Brick, natural stone and heritage façades
  • Curtain walling and spandrel panels
  • Signage, canopies and soffits
  • Paving, entrances and drainage channels (pressure washing)
  • Flat roofs, roof outlets, parapets and copings

Our method

We choose the cleaning method for the surface: low-pressure soft washing, hand cleaning, or a suitable cleaning solution where it is safe to use. We test a small area first when the surface is sensitive.

Combine it with your window clean

If we are already on the ropes for the windows, washing the façade in the same visit avoids a second setup and a second round of notices to residents.

Brick and slate washing

Algae and dirt build up on brick, slate mansards and parapets. We wash them from the ropes with controlled pressure, working top down.

Roofs and parapets

Flat roofs collect dirt, moss and standing water that blocks outlets and shortens the life of the membrane. We clean the roof, clear the outlets and wash parapets and copings from the ropes.

Heritage stone buildings

Older stone and faience façades need care. We clean cornices, columns and tiled bands at low pressure, working down from the parapet so loose dirt is never driven into cleaned stone.

See the difference

Pollution and rainwater leave dark streaks on cladding over time. This column is half cleaned: the top panel is done, the bottom still shows the staining.

Ground level too

We also pressure wash paving, entrances and drainage channels at the foot of the building, so the whole site looks finished.
