Rope access window cleaning in London

External window cleaning for buildings where ladders and poles cannot reach and a cradle is not available or not practical.

How we clean

We rig from the roof using the building's anchor points or our own dead weight anchor systems, then clean the glass drop by drop. Frames and sills are wiped down as we go.

We use pure water or traditional squeegee methods depending on the glass and the building. Either way, no chemicals run down onto the street or the floors below.

Buildings we clean

  • Residential blocks and apartment buildings
  • Office buildings
  • Mixed-use and retail buildings
  • Glass roofs, atriums and skylights

Regular cleaning contracts

Most of our clients book two to four cleans a year. We agree the price and the dates once, then send RAMS and a reminder before each visit. You don't need to chase us.

Period and office buildings

Stone façades with pediments, columns and deep sills, and brick office blocks with projecting bays. We rig to avoid loading delicate stonework and keep ropes clear of carved detail.

Lower buildings: pure water poles

Up to around five storeys, we often clean from the ground with carbon-fibre water-fed poles. Pure water leaves glass spotless with no chemicals, and nobody needs to go on the roof. We choose rope access or poles at the survey, whichever is safer and better value for the building.

Glass roofs and atriums

We clean curved and faceted glass roofs by rope access, working across the glass while the space below stays open.
